Sign O' The Times/101

Just noticed a very strong similarity between the guitar bursts at the biginning of SOTT (live version) and the guitar work at the beginning of Prince's Uptown mix of Sheena Easton's 101. Almost sounds like one could have been lifted from the other, or vice versa.

Very similar. SOTT live was likely recorded well before, so Prince probably just played a similar solo.
