Wow, my comment was just "erased" from this thread....so, I guess I'll just repost it!

What I said is that the pictures look like a promo shoot for a supernatural-themed tv or a Tim Burton movie.

I prefer this look to his current one. But, hey, It's Prince that we're talking about. He's constantly experimenting with new looks, so maybe the "afro" is on its last leg.
