The "get the funk up" and "don't stop dancing" voice is actually Matthew Larson, not Prince, even though Prince lip synchs the lines in the video.

He's one of Prince's old tech guys and the cousin (or uncle?) of an old neighborhood friend. It's like 6 degrees of Prince when you grow up in Minneapolis.
