Which album has been represented the least in a live setting? Probably a toss up between Emancipation and Rave I'd say.
The Jam Of The Year tour featured a measly amount of Emancipation songs in the setlists and subsequent tours have all largely ignored the entire album (I think the only song from the album he has played on recent tours is The Love We Make).
The material on Rave has hardly been played live at all, most likely due to the fact there was never a supporting tour. He's played ILYBIDTYA a bit and I recall one-off performances of So Far So Pleased and The Sun The Moon & Stars, but that's about it.

I imagine there is a human element regarding Emancipation material being left off set lists and RAVE, which was a follow up of sorts, would probably be another one which would be avoided as a result of its connection to Emancipation. Naturally. this is nothing but speculation. If it were not for insanity, I would be sane.

Several other songs from were performed on TV and on the DVD he put out at the time (Prettyman, Baby Knows, The Greatest Romance) . Of course, the title track was performed in one form during the Lovesexy tour aftershows (eh, on the Small Club boot at least).
What happened with Emancipation was a drag. I've really come to appreciate a lot of the material on it after I've played out so much of the 80s stuff.

Every album after The Gold Experience save The Rainbow Children.
Prince's tours were always focused on the new album until 1995 (save the Nude Tour and Act II) and suddenly after 1996 they became "best of" tours (save the ONA Tour which was focused on TRC). That shift of setlists has been SUCH a massive disappointment for me.
I understand Prince's position about satisfying the bulk of his live audience but honestly do they even know ICNTTPOYM or Let's Work anyway? In the 80's he'd play 75% new album and 25% older hits more or less, I think this formula could still work: give them their Kiss and their Purple Rain and a couple of more obscure songs from P's back catalogue, and blow their minds with songs from the last album! If it's funky, they'll bite it anyway! Well, maybe a massive greatest hits tour every 5 years or so, but the rest of the time he should tour the new record.
Just my opinion, though, it's his shows not mine A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/
