Any other fans of One Kiss At A Time??? I pretty much slept on this one for many years, but have started listening to it a fair bit lately and its really quite a beautiful understated little gem that I rarely see discussed on the org. Any other fans of this song on here? | |

Loves it. He turns his own overblown seduction ballad archetype on its ear by doing it in an understated manner. You could easily see him doing this in the over-the-top style of Do Me, Baby/Scandalous/Insatiable, but he restrained himself here and it benefits from it. | |

This song...helped me so much back in the day, in more ways than I can remember or anyone would care to hear. Suffice it to say, this is one of my favorite songs from Emancipation. Back when it came out it was like liquor when I played this with whoever I was with, but now when I listen to it all I can think about is my wife. After we argue I play this in the headphones. The power if Prince's lyrics. | |
