I love the song and I think it's one of the best he's released lately. Video looks cool, but disappointing if he's nowhere in it. Can't wait to see the video if it's ever released. | |

I lm n love with this song. Its a beauty of beauty. Prince is so masterful with his creations. but the delivery is not my cup of tea. But the song within its self is true love.

Breakfast can wait is nr 44 on the listener's choice list on Radio 1 in Belgiumsince weeks but this video will be to late to get more attention.2 late prince...once again! Ain't it funny how music can be interpreted so differently in minds, just like poetry I suppose. Hmmm, not sure what to make of the clip. Sexy young people dancing provocatively, right ok, but not sure I'm in2 the whole bondage clothing. Especially don't like that spiky red gimp mask one of the guys is wearing. Not my cuppa tea at all. Do find the choreographer dressed as Prince amusing though! Still, nothing can beat seeing Prince, oozing his own brand of coolness in a Prince video.  Verdict is still out. | |

Omg, just watched the clip again & it's a million miles away from what I'd like to see as a Prince fan! Listening to the voice & lyrics... I wanna b seeing Prince's face singing those lines with a coy smile on his face! Not overly sexualised strangers  2 me it's completely outta context. | |

Ok, that song (which I do like) has a fun vibe in it... The chipmunk voice and everything... The cover of the single was noticed because it was FUNNY. The teaser is just boring, IMHO. I hope the rest of the video has some funny vibe too, and it won't just be a young gorgeous female director celebrating herself... Which actually was the first thing that came to my mind watching the teaser Let's see what the rest of the video is about... You never know, right? | |

I agree...that dude won't be eating my breakfast that's for sure! 
And I agree to whoever said P sould be in his videos. I understand he wants to help the young talented people, but settling examples would be more useful
But ok, it's soon to say, maybe the next 3something minutes we'll see Prince dressed as Danielle Cruriel cooking breakfast. That would be an epic WTF moment!
