Prince Producer of Rick James "StreetSongs " Album

Being that Rick had stole Prince's keyboard while they toured together , those are actually Prince's programmed keyboard sounds on Rick's Street Songs album. So , P should get a Producer's credit .

As much as I love that Album and most of Ricks stuff, that ain't no Jamie Starr on that shit. Theres a difference between stealing someones organ and stealing their sound.

"Programmed" in this context means "programmed the sound patches" vs. using the preset patches.

Not programming or "sequencing" the tracks.

its like i said before and i did a thread on this but rick toke the sexy guitar from sexy dancer and added it on below the funk (pass the joint) and thats why I love that song so much because that rhythm guitar was a nod to Prince.....
