Is Twitter success or failure the gauge to being a relic?

I detest social media. IMO, it's such a waste of time. I have a Twitter account (for business purposes) but I rarely use it and don't enjoy it at all. To be honest, I'd love to close it. I've thought about it many times.

I absolutely detest FB. I had a business FB a long time ago. After 3 months, I couldn't stand it anymore. Had to delete the account. People drove me nuts. It's such a time suck.

The great thing here is that it does suck.. His tweet yesterday about it being a slows news day and all the coverage of the salad and selfie heard around the world is telling.. He picked up close t 125k folowers in a little more than 24 hours...crazy
