LilTav15	Non-Skipable Cd? I was talking to my parents yesterday and they said that in the early 90's they bought a Prince Cd that you couldn't fast forward. Is this true or were they joking? Rapper. Producer. Songwriter. Philosopher. youtube.com/niggasinharvard

Lovesexy? You couldn't skip the tracks on the inital CD.

Could it be the Lovesexy cd in '88,

Back when this 1st was released, the songs were in 1 contineous sequense, you could not jump from 1 track to the other..

That would probably be Lovesexy. The CD was made as a single track. You could fast forward within that one track, but you couldn't skip from song to song quickly and easily like a typical CD. The idea was the album was supposed to be heard as a continuous listening experience.

Lovesexy for sure.

Although, he almost did it again with The Rainbow Children. The initial mp3 was one continuous track, but the final CD had individual tracks.
