Would you still come to Prince's shows if he stopped singing in falsetto? Just a for fun question that I need to get off my head
Elton John lost his higher voice register and unable to sing in falsetto since his vocal surgery (I think back in the 80s), but thankfully he managed to make the best out of what's left -- his baritone voice. And I don't think anyone has issues with him not hitting those high notes on Tiny Dancer in his live shows.
Hypotethically speaking, suppose if Prince is tired of singing in falsetto and from now on will only perform his falsetto-less songs exclusively e.g. Diamonds & Pearls, Cream, Guitar, Pop Life, etc (no more Kiss, Insatiable, Scandalous, Head, etc).
Would that deter you in any way from going to his shows?

i would. i could live without the falsetto quite happily i think. never cared for it too much. it's there, and it's nice on some of the songs but if he didn't use it anymore, no loss for me.

yes i have, and they are amongst my favorit tracks by the man.
but if he wouldn't sing in his falsetto anymore i'm sure he would find a way around it and make his shows just as entertaining
