i have always had a thing about that album. it starts off good, gets a bit wobbly but then it has a few of the greatest songs prince has ever written in the middle: raspberry beret tamborine AMERICA...oh my god! pop life and then it gets wobbly again with the ladder and temptation. i've recently re-discovered it as well. i love it.

Why didn't he include "She's always in my Hair" on it?
It was recorded early enough to be included wasn't it? and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
