FIXURLIFEUP advert I've spotted an animated "Fixurlifeup" advert on several websites. I tried copying the link, but it's flash-based, not an image.
Has anyone else seen it? when you click on it, it takes you to the iTunes download of the song. |

I saw what you just described. I was watching the Wattstax movie on YouTube and I saw the "Fixurlifeup" itunes single ad and also saw it at www.SOHH.com I'm hoping that the advertisement is a signal that the push for the Plectrum Electrum album is underway. The single has been out since May and it's weird that now it's getting the push. 3121 #1 THIS YEAR |

I saw it too, on the newsnow websit. Guess that means cookies etc are doing what they should - don't ads gather that kind of information and then adverts that appear when you're browsing are relevant to you? I noticed when I used my computer abroad it could tell where I was and ads would be relevant to location. Impressed there's an ad though...wonder if the purple police will send it a C&D! Par for the course. Debut it on radio in April, put it on iTunes a month later, throw the video on youtube then remove it and put it back, then start advertising it 2 months after that. | |
