Do you think he has had any work done on his face? It's hard to tell from these pics, but his face does look youthful. I think he has lived "clean" (not drinking & drugging). That does help.

I don't think he's ever had any work done on his face, because I've seen many celebs that have had work done on themselves, and they look horrible, and you can always tell, but with Prince, I can't see any signs of it, so if he has had work done, he must had the best plastic surgeon in the business. Like you said, the man does seem to live a clean life, something that's very unusual in his profession, and that would help. I know this, because I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs either, never have. And face it, the man has always been a very good looking guy. .....and from the looks of those recent pics, will always be one.

Natural? Believe me, I work in graphic design and this picture is really heavily photoshopped, on top of the layers of make-up. You can like it as much as you want but it sure aint a natural picture

he looks more natural without photoshop

It's interesting that Prince said that as a film director he felt uncomfortable having to explain people's roles and responsiblities. That really further explains why Under The Cherry Moon and Graffitti Bridge bombed so badly. I think it was in that Possessed book where Alex Hahn explained that Prince never took the art of cinema seriously and tried to treat moviemaking like music making and Prince learned that they are not one in the same.

I've read that both of Prince parents were black, not mixed as some believe due to the mom played in his movie Purple Rain. It's also been reported that when Prince first came on the scene, he led some to believe that he was of mixed heritage, my guess is because it caused more of a mystique to his persona as a musical celeb, but that it was not true, and he is indeed black, not mixed.

It wasn't Vernon's guitar Prince broke. Prince borrowed a guitar from Kirk Douglas who is the guitarist for Jimmy Fallon's late night show with The Roots. Prince could have said "no comment". My only guess is that Prince interpreted the interviewer's word "throw" and tried to skirt the question by using semantics.
