I want to totally remix For You. I'm not talking new tracks, either. Just a mix job utilizing the technological advances of today and a nice mastering job meaning NO loudness war stuff keeping dynamics intact. That would make an odd little album supercool. I'd love to hear what's going on. Even on vinyl it sounds like someone has put a wet blanket over the speakers. 35 years and it should be his again. I say REMIX that one, at least. Everything else sounds good except Grafitti Bridge which sounds bad I think because of the state of digital technology at the time. You don't have to think of the past, let someone else do it for you so you can work on the future. Some of us still have much to learn from the past, though. My present For You. | |
