I, personally, dont think he is!! His appearence and change of image alone tells me that he has flown the coop!! Also, he is performing various risque songs now in his concert sets!!

I think the question should be: Are the JWs still hanging with Prince? Do they think he's an up-standing JW?

Prince thinks he's a JW. I can't remember where, but in a recent interview he said something to the effect of "I think the JWs are closest to the truth" (summarising). I took that to mean that he agrees with their basic doctrine - that Jesus was the son of God, not God himself - that he rejects the idea of the Trinity and the idea that Hell is a literal place etc. But whether or not some of his more risque lyrics and actions are acceptable to the rest of the JW community is really a question for them.

My personal opinion is this:

Why can't Prince serve the true god Jehovah, (Creator of the heavens and the earth and mankind) and still remain loyal to his own self? he is who he is because God made him that way? No?

thats my opinion and yes I know, we all have one.......

Why is everyone bringing religion into this?

I took the thread title seriously. Maybe I got the wrong JW? Is he hanging out with June or what? shrug

Well, in that recent article (the stickied one), it said that he was still studying with Larry. And I texted Larry a few months ago and based on that alone (not much to go on), I would assume that they are in good standing and still hanging out..which would entail the religion.

What is your main problem?
To whom it may concern: I love you!
Humankind..be both.

I thought at the concert in Anaheim that I attended, the words New World Translation was flashed on the screen. That's a JW reference, no?
So I surmise that according to himself, he's still a JW. Whether he is according to other people, that's another story.

[Snip - luv4u]
Originally, the term masterpiece referred to a piece of work produced by an apprentice or journeyman aspiring to become a master craftsman in the old European guild system.
His fitness to qualify for guild membership was judged partially by the Masterpie
