I would have definitely done more scenes with Jill Jones and her panties. Ahhh the endless takes on that scene. As for the rest of the movie? I would leave that to my assistant director to figure out.

SoulAlive said:What he should have done from the beginning...hired a director and a scriptwriter! In late 1989,Albert Magnoli (who directed Purple Rain) was brought in to be the director of this movie. But then they had "artistic differences" and he left the project. The movie was doomed from that point on. So true. As soon as I heard Magnoli was off the film, I figured GB had one foot in the grave. At the very least get another director. Which has been my idea all along. So many talented directors who likely would've jumped at the chance to work with him. Those days are gone. A side note...my girlfriend at the time drove to NYC with me to see the movie. When they sang the title song, she leaned over and said she couldn't believe they were singing "Everybody wants to fuck the greedy bitch..." !! It's no coincidence that the best Prince movie is 'Purple Rain'.....a film that had a skilled director and scriptwriters.

1. Replace Ingrid Chavez with someone sexier . . . someone the 2 guys would actually fight over 2. Make her a human - NOT an angel 3. As posted below, film in real locations 4. Limit the "pimp" scenes with Morris and the band

Make the film connect to Purple Rain more, explain where everyone but The Time and Prince went, Hire better actors, Probably film it where Purple Rain was filmed, since it is supposed to be a sequal, more scenes with Morris in it Love god may u live 2 see the dawn

I remember a comment from an "insider" who had seen one of the early scripts of this film.He described it like this...."It's about a guy who goes on a search for God.God looks alot like Kim Basinger"
