They did release on this on CD? When ever it was release I got it on cassette, what a bummer? |

Never liked this song, hiphop and Prince yuck.. . the only really crap song on the Hits 1 & 2 set. . -- in my "The Hits 1 & 2" iTunes playlist I have "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World" instead of this awful track, "The Pope", (I kept all the other tracks). Prince 4Ever.  | |

You confuse stuff. The pope is the ruler of the Catholic church and king of vatican city. Pope is the name of the song you probably mean. Please confirm. I loved ths song wen i was younger. But now wen i listen to it, it just makes me feel cheesie and it isn't something i listen to with alot of regularity. It's not bad though and i don't dislike it i just feel lame for liking it so i avoid it. Lol the songs idea is stupid to me . But for some reason it brings back an image of prince wen he was very electronic in the 90s-early 2000s with that digital msytique. | |
