Cross-Eyed Woman blues?!!?!

I went to the Portland concert last night, and it was the best thing ever! Does anyone know the lyrics to Cross-Eyed Woman Blues? Or is that an ad-libbed thing?!?!? That was like the best part! I was wondering about the lyrics?

.

I just remember:

.

I got a cross-eyed woman, she asked me to pass the salt.

She was looking at the pepper.

.

and then later:

.

I got a 3 armed woman, she's right handed, left handed....and underhanded (suggestive gesture) lol

.

I don't know blues so forgive me if its just normal to make up hilarious stuff and ad-lib...

It contains eight live versions of previously-released Prince songs, four cover songs, two new songs, and a monologue.[1] The CD is only sold coupled with the 21 Nights coffee table book which was released on September 30, 2008.[2] The book reached number 9 on The New York Times best selling Hardcover Nonfiction tiles.[3]

i really hate that song!! I noticed on the setlist last night that and three covers appearred. It must kill Prince to not play covers because it did not take long for them to reappear on this tour and this tour had SOME promise despite the alarmingly short shows

er

From the 21 Nights book:
It's a mix from
Beggin Woman (J Pleasant)
Three Handed Woman (B. Raleigh/H. Taylor) plus some stuff Prince made up. So it's actually 3 songs in one. And I'm sure Prince will improvise on it. And yes, that is quite normal for blues singers, but the lyrics you quoted are also on the CD version that goes with the book. I'm sure you' can still find itfor a cheap price. Doesn't Portland have one of the biggest bookstores in America?
Contrary to trax, I think it's great fun.

Thanx 4 the linx. I never really bothered to find out the originals... But Louis Jordan is pretty cool. He is the one who inspired James Brown!
