because if you DID, you'd KNOW this was filmed in 1986... AFTER "Pop Life" was recorded/released.. DUH
Do you think I'm saying Prince got the sound clip from this show? I was wondering if this is the same sound clip from the sound effects library. It's like the baby sound clip at the end of Delirious. That sound clip was used in a ton of movies, tv shows, and commercials.

LOL! gotcha. i totally misread that. sorry.. i was in a foul mood earlier. i can see why that would jump out at you.. i'd probably do a double take as well, but it really doesn't sound like the same voice. perhaps it was from the same "Bar Fight" effect Prince used, but another portion. i've never had the pleasure of digging through the "Series 1000 Sound Effects Library" so who knows
