My favorite cover of a Prince song

I thought I'd share this with the .org, as it's my favorite cover of a Prince song. The band is the Marcin Wasilewski Trio, and they're fantastic live.

I know some people are gonna laugh, but I heard an awesome cover just a few weeks ago. Most faithful Prince cover I've heard. I was shocked at how much I enjoyed it! eek

Pleasantly surprised. That is quite gorgeous. I picture Charlie Brown and Snoopy walking in the snow in a Peanuts Christmas Special. Reminds me of Vince Guaraldi.

I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man, My Morning Jacket.

My most hated is the SAME song by Jordan Knight LOL (of NKOTB fame for the youngins)

Purple Rain by LeAnne Rimes was spectacular I thought.

No matter the ©️, Paisley Park "official can never ™️ prince. He gave that to us verbally on Oprah in 1996. You can't take prince away from us, corporate. I mean O ( + >

Ali Campbell's reggae version of Purple Rain. Yes, reggae, and not horrible like you might imagine, actually quite great.

Mariachi El Bronx - I Would Die 4U, mariachi version, again, not horrible like you might imagine, both of these are quite fun to listen to.

No, I love it way to much, to tell you. He'll probably will take it down.

And I really enjoy seeing it now and then.

It's a life registration in the Melkweg and I jack myself off on it.

Meh.

Maybe it goes down better with a steak.
