Sign O The Times "Soundtrack" Looking for opinions on which bootleg has the best quality audio from the Sign "O" The Times movie. Back in the 90s, when I still paid for boots, I bought Moonraker's Wonderboy, but everything sounds a bit sped up on that release.
I am NOT asking for a boot. I am NOT asking where to find a boot. I'm simply asking for opinions as to which boot with the audio from the film sounds the best.

If it's by Sabotage, I should have it. DL'd the entire catalog about a year or two back, and I think I've kept up since.
Thanks for the info!! You guys saved me a lot of time searching through the Hard Drive!!

The best version is to rip the audio tracks from the DVD yourself, which i did
There are various softwares that allow this. A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/

I've never "ripped" audio from a DVD. I have "dubbed" audio from a DVD...
[time out to explain: It is impossible to, as some people say, "rip" vinyl or cassette or VHS or any other analog source. Analog sources can be dubbed, not ripped.]
That said, I know audio from a DVD can be "ripped". I don't think any of the software I use does that. What software would you recommend?
Also, if Sign O The Times Revamped is as good as has been suggested (I haven't had time to dig through the HD yet), then, I'll probably take the easy, less time consuming route, and just add that to my iTunes...
Appreciate all the advice!!

not if someone else has already done it. that's always the best version

Which, of course was the whole point of asking. I knew somebody had already done the work for me, just couldn't remember who....
That said, THANKS all!
I had DL SOTT Live Revamped twice. By itself and as part of the complete FBG catalog. But, it would have taken me much longer to locate without the help.
Sounds MUCH better than Moonraker's version on Wonderboy!
EDIT: Now I just need to find the best copy of the Prince And The Revolution Live set from Syracuse...

I found the quality of "Paris Affair" to be quite good, mostly soundboard, just a minute or two sound a bit thin, but by and large a top notch boot. Bonus- it contains several songs left out of the film- Let's Go Crazy, When Doves Cry, Purple Rain, and 1999.
