Fantastic episode. I don't know how I missed them but I checked the site last week and found two new episodes.

I kind of have a love/hate relationship with this album. Overall it is great but some of the gimmicks really make me cringe. I wasn't much of a fan of the two albums that preceded it and for me it is definitely one of my favourites from the nineties.

Some people are claiming that the album is too long and that it would benefit from some trimming. That is probably true but I suspect that like Emancipation there is very little consensus on which tracks should have been omitted. Even though there are tracks that I don't like I kind of feel that it is perfect the way it is. I love sprawling, messy and ambitious Prince!
