That tune at the end sounds like a Led Zeppelin song. I can't remember which one though, but it really sounds a lot like it...

Why does prince make these band members do these goofy things?

The hair thing is actually funny and makes me wish I was going.

^ For the fun of it?

Loud, louder, loudest. Does this mean they'll turn the amps up to 11?

Not much of a chocolate egg, maybe we'll get one tonight? Good Friday for it.

I said Prince and his 3rd Eye Girl are the ones who shouldn't be trusted so I guess now they are making some sort of penance and Catholic confession, I mean "declaration" to the fans.

Hey, it's Good Friday.

The Led Zeppelin song you're thinking of is Black Dog! Rock on!

the hottest look yet, beside Parade

anything less would not have matched the music

Nobody back then thought the look was too much

You're thinking of "The Ocean" from House of the Holy. That was my first thought when I heard it, too.

They were $55-$75-and $95

Now I think only the $75 and $95 tix left.. Still you get 4 shows in vegas for less than the price of 2 elsewhere, but it's also a bigger venue... wink

yup um maybe moby dick before the drum solo starts .. reminds me of sabbaths rat salad as well

prince sure loves to do his flange wash doesn't he .. i wonder how many times during his rock set he will hit his flange pedal and scrape his strings like he always does in every single solo .. its that sound at the end of this video .. probably at least twice during every single song is my guess

Hopefully there'll b lotsa guitar-heavy songs and that Prince also picks up his guitar instead of "the band is on point...I'm only gonna sing" razz

I'm with u there

I know it will never be like back then

but there is still something about Prince & the band performing songs on stage like it's just them

and we are witnessing a private party on stage

don't worry about long drawn out jams, just do the music

I also wonder why (and it's probably nothing) but a lot of the 3rd Eye Girls stuff has had images of the Parade era band behind them...

Ok, so I guess we'll have to wait for this tour to end to know something about european tour... And new songs...

The gut just can manage one thing at a time. This is fine. But then why, oh why does he start 319 things all together and then leave 319 of them at a half?!?

Oh well. I guess that's why I love him, too. He's really a mess, like myself, only worse lol

I'm looking forward for snapshots of this tour wink Sounds good. The two young 3rdeye gals are really cute, but Donna is my favourite.

If he had just dropped a new album now as he used 2 do then we would have all the new songs and that would be fine at least 4 me, but now we have 2 wait 4 a truckload of funk that never arrives and what happens if he loses interest in his site after the tour? then we can 4get that truckload

Allegedly, "the farthest seat [in the balcony] is only 155 feet from the stage." I'll be up there, so hopefully it's no further. Maybe I should bring some opera glasses? lol

it's a pretty decent venue from what I can recall (well worth the price) and loud as fuck in there I hope he turns the sound up to 11

I also hope he gets there early enough to work out any sound issues in advance
