This is shaping up quite nicely... glad to see D'Angelo back on the bill... and now with the Melvoin sisters & Eric Leeds... how will Prince sit still in the audience during all this?

I wouldn't rule out Prince being in a luxury box suite, out of the view of the public. He didn't look very comfortable sitting at the 2010 BET Awards with his reactions filmed and studied.

Well, DrF had this msg below on his twitter page yesterday, and they're still listed on the Carnegie Hall website as being part of the tribute. The folks running the carnegie website need to do some clarification, so not to mislead folks. but then again the Carnegie Hall site has always stated the listings are "subject to change without notice", so we shall see.

Exactly, and I think that's what some folks seem to forget. It's a tribute show honoring Prince, whether or not Wendy, Susannah or Eric are there. Seats are selling out pretty fast, and if there are anymore available by Saturday, I have a feeling after the grammys on Sunday, those will most likely be sold.

Got my tix the Friday after Christmas... i wanted to go anyway. I'm not looking for some Revolution reunion...

I guess that's something I'll have to worry about then Just seeing Prince in the audience isn't enough to get me to fly across the whole country, add Eric, Susannah and Wendy and I'm in. It's not just about Prince for some of us

Exactly, and I will see you there! I bought my tix the week of New Year's with no expectations, but just thought it would be a nice tribute to experience. No disrespect to Eric, Wendy or Susannah of course, and sure it would be nice if they are part of this tribute, but I just think some fans shouldn't set their expectations too high, thinking it will be some sort of Revolution reunion, then may get upset if it isn't what they set their own expectations up for. Sometimes it's best to just wait and see what happens.
