Staying grounded, a softer perspective... After seeing the guitar throwing and the controversy involved, I decided to go watch my favourite moments, prince on acoustic doing cream, little red corvete, the blues guitar version of cream all from some time ago. I like this softer side, I would have to say they have a grounded feel to them. Anyone else like these?

I love those as well.
I do love to see him rock out and I love the funky stuff as well, of course, but the acoustic sets are something special.
Maybe that's another reason that I was so bothered by the guitar throwing incident. Maybe there is something to seeing him treat the guitar gently sometimes.
Thanks for the thread - definitely gave me something to ponder.

Perhaps, it's the intimacy those videos captured, he seemed relaxed and at ease, just nice to see.
Another favourite would have to be the Detroit shows, what I've seen, stunning..........
