the new songs, for those inclined on perspective, are very beatles-ish. listen again, there's time

First time I heard Breakfast Can Wait and Boyfriend...I just thought...wow the Lennon-McCartney influence is all over this!

LOL at those letting Prince off the hook.

Refresh your ears please: "In All My Dreams"; "Computer Blue"; "Paisley Park"; "Girl"; "She's Always In My Hair"; "Adore"; "Crucial" etc. etc.

These songs of the latest day be weak crackers.

If this were Led Zeppelin, and they were still around, and they were content on feeding us CODA songs over and over again, and having guest vocalists instead of Percy Plant, and meanwhile holding back Zep II worthy tracks . . . you'd be outraged.

P is substituting margarine for butter; tofu for beef; shlock for shock.

The guitar freak-out, eccentric weirdness of his high-voltage funk remains secreted in the vault, whilst Prince-Lite is touted as the latest greatest.
