I have looked everywhere for where I could download and buy this song.

I know I hve the cd somewhere, and I am sure its scrached.

One of the only albums ive ever listened to in my music history where it literally had no effect on me . I didn't like it or hate it and i felt like i never listened to it. Song is one of the better ones though on the album but still kinda sucks. Idk how people can say listen to prince he can't hold a candle to wat he used to do but to me lotus, 3rdeye are alot better than newpowersoul and chaos

if it's not online as an mp3 then your best bet is the buy a cheap used cd from amazon or ebay.

and rip the tracks you rwant. i quite like the album, but thought I Rock seemed a bit out of place on a dark/melancholy rock album.

Anyway, AlexandriaNevermynd, seeing as C&D is long out of print your best bet is probably ebay. Failing that - seeing as you already have it on cd - try getting the cd cleaned up - I've had a few scratched cd's restored and it works pretty well.

Like most of Prince's post-1994 output, this album is not available (officially) for download anywhere. Of course, you could find it on pretty much any torrent site without any difficulty. I did that so that I would have a back-up copy of all of his more "rare" or out-of-print albums without having to rip each one separately. Most of them I've bought more than once, anyway, but over the years mine tend to get scratched, or lost.

I definitely agree with the sentiment that this song, along with "Dig U Better Dead" sound very much out of place on this album. I never understood why they were tacked on .. there are so many other songs from that time period that would have sounded better in the flow of the album ("Calhoun Square," or "What's My Name?" to name a couple).

Co-sign. There's a lot of hate on this site for Prince's more rap/hip hop stuff, but I enjoy a lot of it myself. OP, if you wanna hit me up with a PM, I can get you the song no problem.
