i don't think so. larry recently released a new album that prince

appeared on. he wrote 2 tracks for it irrc.

i'm sure they're still friends. probably not saying much about it

anymore since larry got so much hate from the prince fans

A friend is someone that will always be there for you regardless of what choices you make in life and the roads those choices take you down....I have one and I am one...

I would like to think that's the kind of friendship Larry and Prince have if they refer to each other as friends....but I don't know the answer.

ALthough i like larry i hope he will not be part of the tour this summer...

I would think so, seeing as he lives practically next door, did 3 tracks on Larry's last album and P is helping out on a documentary about his life....

Just because some of the songs on 3rdeyegirl are a bit risque doesn't mean Larry knows...after all he may not have been told about 3rdEyeGirl....which could be a secret outlet for his naughty side...although it's not really that rude is it?!

I think Prince got jalous of Larry, because of his big succes performance in Paradiso.

So, Prince got al nasty on Larry, telling him that he likes his brother, Billy Graham, better.

Then Larry challenged Prince and dared him to sing in that similar low voice. And Prince just couldn't.

They got all competitive on who was the best singer, who was the best guitar player and it got out of hand when they competed reciting bible teksts without peeking at a tekst.

Maybe that was the beginning of the end.......who knows?

Or, they are having fun playing guitar together.

No, I'm not in the picture.

Later on in the evening, during a different event, a guy recognised me for being among the audiance during the concert.

And he showed me this picture he shot. I got enthusiastic about it and asked if he would be so kind to e-mail it to me. And he did.

I think it's just a very cool picture, a nice remebrance of a great evening.

Indeed, dancing my ass off with a friend. We had a lovely time.

And I was just being silly.

I don't know if anything happened between them.

I've had fall outs with friends. Sometimes I reconnected a decade later, sometimes not.

Friends don't always sychronise a whole life time. So, sometimes their ways part.

So be it.

No, I dig Larry. Really loved his show in Paradiso.

He's a great guitarist and singer.

Love his deep voice!!

But I have wondered about the influence of Larry on Prince and the way they relate to religion.

I just have a thing against sects and church leaders.

I value the 10 commendmants, but I don't think any person is in the position to tell another human being what or how to behave in God's name.
