I think you're being generous with "quirks."

Currently, no one can access their accounts to download their purchases. No one can make additional purchases.

And there is no holding page saying, "Pardon us while we update the site... we'll be back shortly."

This is not about quirks, this is about bad customer service.

Not only does it erode Prince's already shaky rep when it comes to these things (esp after the Lotusflower debacle), but it's losing him money.

This bizzyweb.com company look like they've done some half decent work ... I don't know why they've got their most useless people working on Prince's site though. They're making a mess of it.

^ Agreed, you would think they would be slicker and better organised when dealing with such a high profile name, although perhaps P pulls things or demands changes a lot, even so there are better ways to do them rather than taking the site offline etc etc.
