I said this in the website thread, but here's my hope.

I hope P doesn't lose interest (as he's unfortunately prone to in the past) and actually keeps this site or the simple foundation of it and add upon add upon add songs and hell maybe concert recordings. But of course albums.

Mind you I'm not exactly fans of them, but imagine him selling RAINBOW CHILDREN and NEW POWER SOUL for example for $8.88 each. (Which would be a rip-off in the former since I paid 6 bucks for my copy at BB lol) but still I hope he gets to do that. I mean all his albums, including N.E.W.S. and THE TRUTH and yada yada.

I'm afraid he won't go that far because of his short attention span, but I can hope right?

He needs a new domain name.

But, putting his stuff up on a no-membership site like thirdeyegirl, where it is EXTREMELY easy to download stuff no-hassel, would probably make the guy a lot of money, even stuff from his plastic years.

But, I believe he can release some of his earlier albums remastered now?

He's really poised to make a lot of money.

He won't though. He's Prince. He'll find a way to fuck up his P&R eventually.

Last night I relistened to the Peach & Black podcast from '10 when they met with Prince and talked about the remasters. (Again good job P&B gang!)

But from what he said, from the horse's mouth, he is getting ownership of those remasters back from WB after 30 years. Since '10, he would've subsequently also gotten back CONTROVERSY and 1999. He also told them that he already remastered his first 6 albums. 1999 was his 5th album.

I'm not saying anything new here. I'm just pointing out that theoretically tomorrow or any time in the future if Mr. P don't lose interest or gets annoyed and may keep 3rdeyegirl or instead create a new permanent website to sell his stuff...he could easily put those remastered albums up for sale anytime.

No, i'm wary of this site...it looks like it was designed by an amateur and why do I need to give my address and phone number if the site isn't even billing me?!

It doesn't seem to be secure either, any professional hacker is going to have P fans' details in seconds....

I will wait until he develops a proper, interesting, excting, secure site, think NPGMC 2003-2006 Musicology store THEN I might think about buying from it.
