Did Prince read this and do it...? 7 months ago I wrote this on Prince.Org... Jerky¤ What I HOPE Prince does now... Wouldn't it be great if Prince embraced iTunes or even his own version of it and released vault and concert performances on a weekly basis? Say he has a million hardcore fans worldwide. Live tracks, studio tracks, remixes, all at 99cents a song? He could clean up financially and keep his many fans happy as we start to hear music from the Vault track by track. Each song could be appreciated individually. The album is dead. I know I would buy all my bootlegs again if they were great quality. What do you think? TEN MO! No, because he has not done it yet, he,s released a few tracks via 1 page.
And even if he did its a logical idea that has been raised hundreds of times on here. We have been waiting years for him to release more stuff more often on the Internet or any media, how he does it makes little difference. Remember that club thing 7 years ago where he relesed music often? What was that erm name NPR hmmm na npg music club, yea that's it, you thought of that as well didn't you, you rock man. It's good to be appreciated.
What do you think of my live show idea? Could you imagine it, or is that maybe too crazy? He could even play his guitar as well as singing. Perhaps he could even charge people to come and see him. They'd need some kind of system so that they could prove they'd paid for the opportunity. He could send out tickets of some kind that could be presented at the venue. Maybe I'm crazy but I think it could work. RIP | |
