what i'm really having trouble with is CB. it doesn't seem like a good final track, even though it's so long and grandiose.

what would you do with it?

It works well there. But I don't know about it back to back with Rockhard.

I was thinking you could put Sex between Rockhard and Crystal Ball and Partyman somewhere near the beginning if you want to be all-inclusive. Witness is a tricky one too. Hard to tell if it's legit or not or if I just want it to be Camille.

For some reason, I always want to lump La, La, La, He, He, Hee in with the Camille tracks. It's just begging to be placed next to Scarlet Pussy. Those songs go hand in hand.

I'd for sure leave off Mo'Quake and put on the '89 tracks. If you're not including extended versions of U Got the Look, Shockadelica, Feel U Up, Good Love, Scarlet Pussy, etc. then Mo'Quake seems out of place.

Looks like a good listen the way you have it. Switching CB to first wouldn't be bad either, if you wanted to end it with Rockhard.

but it doesn't work well when you try it. Plus, the way

Having said that I still think that the one and only real

Just dump Partyman and Crystal Ball.

Actually, considering that the end of Rockhard In A Funky Place has Camille questioning the ending. Perhaps it would make sense to have it as the second to last track. So it sounds as though, because Camille wasn't impressed with the ending, a proper closing track has been added. Does that make sense?

A great recap on the misgoings on and frustrations of the relational issues highlighted in the songs before. Rock Hard In A Funky Place sees Camille finally stand his ground, horns stuck firmly in the floor. What kind of funk ending is that? Maybe, the verdict on Camille's despicable behaviour, Witness For The Prosecution, should be the conclusive ending...
