Now that the sales of the book are (almost) over the value might start to appreciate. Did anyone yet spot differences between the English and Belgian print? Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

You think this will be a collector's item?

Now let me add some positivity to this debate, coz I actually like the book (full of beautiful women) and the cd. I'm a blues lover and I really like the way Prince does Begging Woman.

So was able to get my hands on a copy and 3121, alphabetstreet, Indigo Nights, and girls and boys are played extremely well. LIke this alot but ik it's not the greatest and most of the tracks are very easy to blow off. The book itself is pretty cool for the price i paid and id definitly put it on a cofee table.

Bought it for $5. The book will probably never be opened again, but the cd is awesome.
Yes, it's totally absurd that you can't go to the record store and get a copy of Prince playing Purple Rain(or his other hits) live in concert, but the Indigo Nights cd is full of new ideas and fantastic musicianship. This is not even the actual concert, it's the second concert! Who else could have a whole second set of songs planned? And if this had been the actual show, it would have been awesome, if unexpected.

Super funky album and really feels like ur at the afterparty . I love the book. A ton of sexy pictures. Prince is dressed amazingly and for 7 bucks totally worth it. I feel bad paying that little for it. i feel like i should be paaying 50 bucks lol. I think it's very elegant and to me it kinda tells a loose story.

I bought it when it came out - cost me a fair amount - but I have all the other ones so had to get it -the cd is terrible.....well, no - it's just not representative of the residency...same as the ONA Live in Vegas dvd that was released...he chose the wost bits again!! Why he didn't release an ONA dvd like the actual live cds is beyond me...but thats Prince!! I did get another copy a year or so later for $5 though
I was also lucky enough to purchase one of the unofficial/official '21' dvds...I have a version I downloaded of that so have kept the original DVD wrapped....but personally I'm glad he didn't release it...the quality of footage is terrible....even worse the the ONA Vegas dvd!!

Ur referring to the Aladin Concert right? I mean i first watched it at a young age so i enjoyed it alot more than i probably would now. I mean i remember really enjoying pass the peas, 1+1+1=3 , strange releationship, and pop life is good on this one. But ur right there was much better sounding performances from that tour. U can probably find 1+1+1=3 on the internet somewhere live in osaka (just audio) and it's amazing . ONA boxset is good just to jammy sometimes . well on 21 nights 3121 is great, so is indigo nights which IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT, and alphabet street is decent, and the whole monolouge is funny. Other than that it ain't anything special.
