Paco Rabanne - the "Movie Star" Cologne

Probably stupidist post of 2012.... but I've never heard it mentioned here.. but has anyone actually bought or familiar with the cologne Paco Rabanne mentioned in "Movie Star"? Any good?

YOU WEARING THAT PAKO RABBIT OR WHATEVER YOU CALL IT?!!

lol

Just looking at the bottles now online, it's a real blast from the past I remember the bottle shape and colour - it's bringing back memories of it being "too much" - but that's how most of this type of shit is, hate it.

XS is another mens fragrance also by paco rabanne. I've used that aftershave before. Smells nice to me, as long as you don't drown yourself in that stuff!

Funny story..

I seen it in mens Health mag this month and it smelled good.

Smelled so good I rubbed it on my friend while at the poker game MOnday night.

He said when he got home his girlfriend said, "you smell like another man!"

In the 80's I did and not because of the song.

The advert gets played to death at this time of year in the UK. It features an annoyingly overenthusiastic fingerclicker.

blah blah blah

I read in 16 Magazine that Paco Rabanne was John Taylor's favorite cologne, so I begged my mom to buy it for me. She wouldn't but the lady behind the counter at Dayton's did give me a free sample of it. It stunk. SOOOO strong and cloying.

My frat boy older brother had some in the late 80s. I didn't think it was horrible.

The original Paco Rabanne men's cologne smelled wonderful. Very masculine - not sweet or flowery or foofy lala.

This one was really popular over here last year. I must admit, I loved it and wore it (before everyone bought it, that is).

I used to wear this during my freshman year of high school. It had a nice, masculine scent, but it comes off too strong to me now.

Unfortunately, the scent also triggers a bad association for me: I got a smidgen of the accompanying body lotion in my eye, and my tear duct went absolutely haywire! Redness, irritation, and I had to carry around a handkerchief to constantly wipe away the tears and crusty buildup for about two full weeks. disbelief

I agree. But it still smells amazing.
