1] record kick ass song [seems to be the hardest part for our man!!]

2] shoot video [using a proper director and NOT some woman he's taken a fancy to!]

3] release song to radio & all social media

4] release video to all social media

5] make song available for D/L

6] make physical format available to buy in store.

God I miss the WB days!!

Well I guess so, but I was always under the impression that promotional videos were released before the single they were promoting in order to, y'know... promote it's presence so more people would know it was released.

I know he dances to the beat of his own drum, but has common sense completely evaded him nowadays?

He needs a proper manager, and in the worst possible way. Everything is done backwards. Sending clips to Funkenberry, for instance, promotes nothing because the only people who visit that site are people who are on this site. What a waste.

Gr8 building momentum. The song is already catching on overseas. The video is the icing on the cake & will bring it even more up the charts...Purple Music is doing a gr8 job. Maybe he will use them 4 the fourthcoming album...

according to purplemusic's facebook page, the video will be shown at 14:00 european central time

on im1 tv (some german music channel i guess).

they mention that it will also be up on the im1tv website at the same time.

Nothing surprising whatsoever. Certainly looked nice, but nothing more than Prince, Andy, Ida, sexy drummer lady doing their thing on a guerilla looking glam music vid shoot...

Prince looked good which is no surprise and generally nice vid, but just nothing fantastic

nice video. once again, a performance vid, but that's ok. some 'behind the scenes' shots

laced through the regular performance shots.

the feel and atmosphere reminded me of the musicology video.professional looking and

not as cheap as some of his other vids used to look.

no real surprises. if you've seen the pics of the videoshoot, you've already seen most of

what the video has to offer

once again had to laugh, seeing the npg music club carpet and the TRC painting

as far as prince video's go, this one is about a 7 out of 10, i think.

I've got a shit load of screenshots if theyre allowed?

I can't seem to see anything when i follow those links. Is it up on Youtube yet?
