I saw some guy on CNN explaining the sagging pants phenomena- apparently it originated in jail so that men who wanted their asses up for grabs could let the other know- by letting their pants sag. Which is kinda fun when guys want to be tough and hard go around with their pants saggin, really they're letting men know their ass is up for grabs- but I don't think they know that.
