Right on dude. This song is one of my favorite songs of his! I remember falling in love with it in the middle of the summer this year, then rediscovering it when I heard Dumps cover of it. (Dump covered a bunch of Prince songs on a collection called "That Skinny Mother Fucker With The High Voice"). You're right, with the cold air, the dying plants, and the night sky, all working together at once, you get one of Prince's best and most passionate songs.

However it is obviously and admittedly a work of fiction. I was upset whe he revelaed that the story was fiction.
