Colonized Mind
In my brief "study" of Prince I have come to believe that his music in fact does reveal the patterns of his heartbeat. Still yet, one thing most can agree upon is his superior talent in music.
Whether you agree with his sentiments or not is irrelevant as his observations are his; yours may not coincide as your life experiences may be quite different.
I, on the other hand, find his observations to be mostly on point. For example, the following lyrics from Colonized Mind:
Upload: the evolution principal
Upload: the master race idea Genetically disposed 2 rule the world
Further, is Prince not accurate in his assertion that monochromatic genetic patterns are fertile ground for isolation? As any deviance from that would become outside the norm and thus unacceptable. In order to duplicate a gene (as in cloning) the genome must be isolated. The downside is the geneome may become intolerant, pre-disposed and susceptible to disease.
One such example is my observation of Princ.Org, which 'many' of us joined to support the music of musician, Prince. I have seen brilliant commentary on this site, beautiful photographs and had many laughs. However, these positive aspects have been slowly consumed by the malady of 'many' posters here. It seems the fun and thoughtful contributors are no longer here, making this site sterile and lacking creativity and diversity.
Thank you for the good moments I will continue to love the so talented, so bright and so beautiful Prince, but without Prince.Org. It is unfortunate to have watched the propagandizing of such a vehicle as this (in so short time), which initself and through Prince's music, ideas and presentations, should have served as an antidote to the master-race idea, the colonization of members' minds.
What do you think about a colonized mind?

I'm not sure, should I even reply or is this a goodbye anyway 'what I think about a colonized mind' (I'm assuming the concept of a colonized mind)
God or no God is not the issue Religion is man made Replacing polytheism and a dualistic (fem./masc.) beliefsystem with an androcentric, solipsistic religion, resulted in our Western patriarchal society of today. A society based on a man made religion to control the so called 99% and oppress half of it's people
U can dismiss this and call me a feminist(as if it's a dirty word),witch or demon for that matter that seems a colonized mind to me

The book, Oversoul 7, is really interesting because it goes into times in the future when folks, most folks, believe in strange things. The grass is fake and there are plastic trees only. Food is only pills. Some escape that reality but it was tough. It all seemed as a result of the colonized mind. The tricky part of this book is that Oversoul 7 in all its lifes was flipping lives like one flips tv channels. Maybe it doesn't matter with time being a product of the human reaoning. Maybe time is the derivative of the colonized mind. ~honey is b-ing 1 with the 1~

I really like Prince's use of "upload/download" in Colonized Mind. He's saying if you upload this, this is what you downolad. It's "Cause and Effect", very consistent with much of his current worldview, done in a clever, entertaining and insightful way. Love the song too! I had great melodic muscle and it rocks. Yeah, that's the usual guff religious people spout.
"Without a cruel, all seeing overlord it will be ANARCHY!" -- It's only religious nutters that say that, not atheists, agnostics are moderate people, I think what they're really telling us is that they feel THEY need big brother watching them so they don't run amok, don't speak for the rest of us. Morality exists outside of religious doctrine.
This song has some decent observations, but even before his converstion to Yahweh's Mindslaves Prince's pop psychology/sociology lyrics were pretty trite and condescending.

Yes, it's ironic that religious people dismiss evolution and state that without God people are mere slaves to their impulses. Whereas our inherent morality is the consequence of the proces of evolution enabling us to coexist ( i.e Cause and Effect, nature is neither moral nor immoral) Morality created the religious moral laws, religion did not create morality. Religion merely states its existance and value
