Billboard Review

This is how celebrities and people view Prince, and this how he SHOULD be viewed. Yall prince fanatics/haters/complainers better step to the side. Because Prince friends are always by his side smile.

Positive experience on the part of writer, though a lickle bit of arrogance detected as if Prince must change his schedule to appease him.

I love that Prince is working with a big band, but am concerned that he might becoming purist...as in pure jazz, pure rock...etc. what happened to soulpscychadelicide?

As for the haters we need to accept big bizz like Warner Bros also hv their influencing in the org, trying to constrain inspiration of independent artists or record companies

Which Prince represents

Yeah it's a very positive review but really? There's more attention to the venue/branding.the mystique of Prince than the actual show.

Plus on top of all that, this reviewer has to bring up the "whatever he chooses to call himself these days" thing. Clearly a person with no understanding of who Prince really is.

Oh bore.

I agree, there are parts of this review that I rolled my eyes 2, because we being Prince "friends" for so long, knows the simple minded men who knows nothing of Prince usually makes these remarks, but what was inspring about this review, is the fact that he mention "real music", and I think that is the message Prince wants to get across to people. Hopefully people pay attention to the positive parts of this review more than the annoying parts.

And for someone who doesn't like the Hollywood thing, they sure are acting like they are the Hollywood thing.

Squeeling, won't stand around for much and absolutely has to have these free tickets.

So when Prince gets a good review - reviews and celebrities are important, but when he gets a bad review, they're know-nothing haters. OK!

I'd rather drive a nail through my head than have to listen to Prince's fifteen-years-and-running Sly Stone jam amidst a group of vapid celebrities.

No hard feelings.
