I just ordered The black album on ebay and noticed that it has 2 bonus track on it (In All My Dreams and Old Friends For Sale) I never knew about this version.

Anyone know the history of it and the year of this release?

For sale: From around october 1994 - to ?? 1995.

Unless you specifically want a lesser-generation sounding copy of the album plus a couple of muddy sounding out-takes you can download in lossless for free in better quality, I'd try and get your money back and report the seller for misrepresenting the product.

yeah i have that on vinyl from about 91. dodgy sound and it's the 91 re recording of Old Friends which skips loads as does In All My Dreams.

Definitely, those songs are 1985/86 and much older (Although I know the Camille stuff is mid - late 1986).

I felt a bit like that. I got it on CD and it was nice but it just didn't sound right somehow. Mad eh. Funnily enough, I'm sure I bought that CD in that dodgy Camden shop he opened. Nice to have both though eh? I've still got some fuckin terrible sounding boots I'd like in better quality. Well, I say 'got' but they're not on my hard drives and they're not in my tapeboxes or in my record collection and well, I aint got any really, anywhere. Definitely none in my house. What is this blach album you speak of? Those aren't pillows and I'm not the droid you're looking for.

Last time I went past the shop (which must be a good 5 years), the symbol shaped wooden banisters were still visible inside, so it didn't look like much had been changed since it changed hands. If they couldn't be arsed changing those, I doubt they'd have been bothered ripping up the time capsule

There's something in the back of my mind saying that there was a thread on the time capsule and it was indeed dug up, but I really can't remember if it was on here or HQ, was a long time ago.

Anybody know for sure?

Received it and I`m happy to report that it doesn`t sounds too bad, it isn`t crispy clear but yeah Gohi (and others)I can hear the songs properly!

it's silly that they added those two tracks ("In All My Dreams" and "Old Friends 4 Sale") as bonus tracks If they insisted on bonus tracks,it would have made more sense to include "Rebirth Of The Flesh" and "Feel U Up",or even "Good Love".

Yes the bootlegs had a ceratin......something, but I was well pleased when it was finally released.

Mine doesn't have the sticker on the front but, it does have one on the back with a bar code and the old warner logo on the corner of the plastic case.

My Japanese copy has no front sticker either, the lyric booklet is a nice touch though, with lyrics in Japanese and English.
