I think it is completely plausible that the shirt is worth $13-$19 million I however do not think that is the price Prince paid for it, if he even paid for it at all. Laurence Graff is worth BILLIONS. If anything it was sent to Prince by Graff as a gift, or he gave him one hell of a deal on it.
