Do you remember the list of worst actors of last century? Stalone was choosen to be the worst actor and second place was Prince. Do you find Prince to be a bad actor? I've only seen Purple Rain of all 3 movies he acted in but i liked Prince's acting in Purple Rain.While Clarence Williams showcased best acting in that movie along with Morris Day ,i do find Prince's act of a moody dark musician to be very good.on the other Sly is a very underrated actor much better then many well known actors .

Prince is an awful actor. Probably not the worst of the last century, but awful. I wouldn't say Stallone was the worst of the last century, either.

Sly is an underrated actor. F.I.S.T, Copland, Nighthawks are all good movies. Obviously the first Rocky and Rambo films too.

What is ironic is both Sly and Prince won oscars.

This thread is a classic case of Apples and Oranges.

Stallone is often (somewhat unfairly) is pigeon holed as a one note actor/action star.

In truth, he is much more well rounded. He has much more in common with cinema icons like John Wayne and Clint Eastwood than he does Prince (or any other one note actor).

Besides being a good director, screenwriter, and doing most of his own stunts/fight choreography, Stallone is a MUCH better actor/artist than the following:

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Chuck Norris

Van Damme

Dolph Lundgren

Jackie Chan

Jet Li

Steven Segal

Hulk Hogan

Jesse Ventura

He has been nominated for an academy award for his ACTING. Has Prince? Prince won his for music. Sly won his for Best Picture. So?

Was this "list" compiled by using how many "Golden Raspberry Awards" movies they've been in have won or something of the kind?

I don't think too many people would even remember Prince was even in any other movies than Purple Rain by 1999.
