Anyway it's Prince's fault that the mods have to be so conservative. He already took down Housequake and some other fan sites. I don't blame the mods for being extra cautious even though it is absurd. But it's an absurd world and got to protect yourself.

I didn't get an orgnote but the thread when I left it was not any different than this one really. It was just discussing Andy posting the links on FB and Twitter. Although I suppose there was discussion that the links were up here at some point...anyway, not your fault and you have to watch your back so it's all good.

the 25th. now that was an interesting setlist. days of wild, stratus,

mountains, the dance electric etc etc.

this is once again an hour's worth of npg and backin singers plus

andy allo. some cool brass, and a tiny amount of prince. not that

interesting all in all.

one of those typical shows that you listen to and perhaps keep 1

or 2 songs from on your current playlist. the rest will be filed with

all the other stuff, naturally, but most likely never listened to again.

admitting tho, andy does the best rendition of people pleaser i have

heard this far.

i'm kind of amazed myself how quickly i shat this gift horse in the

I'm not sure that's exactly what he said, not verbatim. There could be a long held misconception of the phrase and I mean to offend nobody with my posting.

While I realise that was posted on Miss Allos' page, unfortunately, along with many others she may well be very much mistaken. On many recordings we can hear the phrase or something very similar. In many cases this may easily be misconstrued.

Purportedly a journal, a small notepad had been discovered in a derelict cattle shed in Minnesota, sometime in 2007. On close inspection of said article, we find a veritable pandoras box full of scribblings and sketches. Jotted down in what appears to be Princes own hand are some of the mutterings and phrases that we've heard in past recordings. Along with many we haven't.

I believe, after studying this journal, that the aforementioned phrase must be in fact "Where's the bootleggers ears". Much like we hear for example on the ONA tour "Where's my dancers ears". These are among many phrases and ideas we find in the journal. It's most apparent (after following links left on page 88) that Prince is and always has been strangely fascinated by the movement of the human ear. A quote from the journal:

"Gonna make y'all raise ya eyebrows, do it all up in here, wanna see yo ears dance-wriggle, so dance my dancers ears, c'mon now".

We mustn't be too quick to make assumptions. There are many dark thoughts jotted down in the notepad and we must proceed with caution. Trying to make sense of it all is beginning to become unbearable. There are ideas harking back to the water jet trick with the guitar. "Shock em, watch their ears move" it says, alongside a self portait roughly sketched in charcoal. "Enter stage in T-Bird", "Do splits close to front row (wearing only chaps)", "Hide under stage 4 half hour".... It goes on and on.

Just sayin.

The sound quality sounds astonishing for a mere audience recording.
