exactly...the whole album reeks of commerciality/contrivity, but it still rox. ain't nuffin bad about it, really... 'cept that "with you" has gotta be the sappiest song p's ever done.  | |

the 12-inch. double 'nuff said. 
matter of fact, "sexy dancer" is what got me hooked 2 the album completely....i remember the first time i heard the album in its entirety, and "with you" just ended. looked at the song list and wuz like, "what's 'bambi'?" u shoulda seen my jaw drop 2 the floor when it came on....

EXCELLENT!!! I consider this album a masterpiece. This was my first discovery of Prince. I listened to it over and over when I first heard it and I still do to this day. | |
