Album with best singing by Prince

Which album you find to be Prince best in terms of vocal delivery? Purple Rain is my favorite. Emancipation lacks in many departments but he shines with his voice on that one .

One Night Alone Piano & Voice?

I think he delivers an unbeatable vocal delivery when live, though.

This Post is produced, arranged, composed and performed by WetDream

I don't think you can beat the Love Symbol Album prince

Ballads like God Created Woman, Damn U are true crooners while raspy tracks like My Name is Prince and Blue light do some vocal exercising of their own.

Before prince, you really have to go back to SOTT and PR for strong vocal performances (minus a few tracks here and there).

I agree.

I was gonna say "The Dream Factory" for his sheer versatility as a vocalist(back up or lead), or even for the strength of "Power Fantastic" alone(His greatest vocal performance).

But I'll take ONA as I totally forgot about it.

It depends on what you're looking for. Prince is not always going for that "pretty" or "clean" sound. He'll punk and rock up those soul/funk/rnb vocals when he wants to. I'll admit he was better at this in the 80s though, but that "pretty" rnb was on top in the 90s imo. Even though the songs were over produced and not as good.

Lovesexy: When 2 R In Love, I Wish U Heaven, Eye No, Lovesexy...

Batman: Scandalous, Electric Chair

GB: The Question of U, Can't Stop, a few more

LOVESEXY for the win -- varied and experimental delivery -- all vocal ranges covered -- each song had it's own distinctive vocal approach ... like he was a different character on each song.

The vocal performances/ arrangements and Mike B's drums are what make that album special.

I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

I would say "Prince" and "Dirty Mind" since they are 100% falsetto all the way through on every single song but I would have to say "Controversy" for the screams in "Do Me Baby" alone.

Andy is a four letter word.
