Does anyone know if a video exists of the last ever Revolution gig, the one in Japan where Prince apparently smashed his guitar during Sometimes it Snows in April?

It does exist, it's shot from the audience, and it looks okay when they shoot the screens but for the most part it's not a very good recording. It's during Purple Rain where he busts all his guitar strings and throws down the white cloud. And it cuts off too.
