What ONA tour boots have the best sound quality? I'm not asking for them or asking where to get them. I just want to discuss the sound quality. I think this tour represented an amazing improvement in Prince's live shows. He was largely coasting from 1997-2001. With ONA his live shows got great again.

The boots that I have are pretty good. But there's so such similarity in shows and recordings. Are there any standout recordings in terms of quality? I know that some labels, Sabotage in particular, released many ONA shows. What are your favorites?

Personally, I like ONA in Chicago. But I can't speak to whether its sound quality is better or worse than some of the other recordings.

Certainly nothing beats the official ONA Live set in terms of quality. Right?

The ONA tour produced some excellent audience recordings. Sabotage have some excellent releases, as do other labels. My main interest in the tour lies in soundchecks and aftershows, as I find those the most interesting.

The ONA tour is very well catered for in terms of releases. You should also check out many of the fan releases as the sound quality on some of those is fantastic.

I have so many ONA boots it's difficult to think of just a few.

I think that whatever you choose you will be rewarded in some way or other. Sound quality seems to be very important to you, and that's fine, but don't discount other recordings. The ONA tour was a musical treasure.

I'd love the 3 shows I attended in soundboard, maybe one day.
