That was the first one that sprang to mind for me, although Prince has many great intros.
I've noticed a tendency in more recent times to ruin perfectly good introductions by needlessly singing the title of the song, or putting in other pointless vocals. I cite 3121 as the first example of this that springs to mind. There are many memorable intros, but I'll have to go for Little red Corvette.
