Somethin' sinister about DMSR alt. mix?

Every time it comes on. It gives me the spooks. The album version doesn't really affect me, there's nothing much different between them but that creepy ghoulish synth line on the alt mix.

I think it has a very ghoulish, halloween quality to it. The murkiness bad quality of it adds to its character, and it comes right in on the beat. Wonder why he took that synth line out. Added a much darker character to it.
The synth line on the album version sounds like the beginning of a polka party lol lol that being said, I prefer the alt mix

Is this song normally played at Halloween parties? I think it could be his "thriller" (seasonal classic) if it was marketed properly

Which boot alt mix you talkin bout?

Oh never mine, You mean the ooh oh ooowaooh ooh ohh, line thrown in on the beat on the intro.

I think he elevated it into something better when he revised it. Plus, I think that line is in there later on in the song.
