Did anyone buy the "Rhythm Of Your Heart" single that was offered on Mayte's website in 2007? Somehow I completely missed this.

According to princevault, it appears to be old stock of an aborted 1998 single. The interesting thing is that it includes a "remix" that re-instates Prince's rap at the end that had been removed from the album version.

Can anyone confirm that this is the same version that was floating around on bootlegs prior to this single release? I don't think the listed track length from the single and that version match.

It's not the same version (this is actually clarified on the Princevault page for the song).

I wish I had that Mayte version, it's still on sale actually but with the shipping costs to Europe it's really frustrating paying 13 bucks for a single song!!!
